Hey, y’all! I’m Emily, born and raised in the heart of Southeast Louisiana, where life is flavored with good food, great music, and even better people.
Around here, Mardi Gras isn’t just a celebration—it’s a way of life, a time when the streets come alive with parades, king cakes, and a little bit of magic. Saturdays in the fall are dedicated to LSU football, where we bleed purple and gold, and Sundays, well, those belong to the Saints, because the Who Dat Nation runs deep.
Growing up in Louisiana taught me the importance of community, resilience, and finding joy in every moment.
But here’s the thing: I didn’t always know my purpose. Like so many women, I spent years living a life that looked great on the outside and felt like I was living my purpose. But, it wasn’t until I faced some major life changes that I found myself feeling disconnected on the inside and asking, “Is this really all there is?”
Spoiler alert: It wasn’t.
That question sparked a journey of self-discovery—one filled with hard lessons, small wins, and moments of clarity that reminded me I’m capable of so much more. Along the way, I discovered a passion for helping other women, whether that was through fitness and nutrition, or now, helping them navigate these same transitions and create lives that feel as good as they look.
Today, I’m living my purpose as a podcaster, , helping women rediscover who they are, and rebuild their confidence. I'm also sharing this journey with the most incredible human, my 'Rockstar', who gets to be a part of this crazy, adventurous ride! From my spontaneous ideas to my never-ending passion. I also share my journey and lessons on my podcast, This Stage of Life, where we talk about embracing change, chasing dreams, and showing up as your best self—no matter where you’re starting.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: Life doesn’t stop when the kids leave home or when you face a setback. It’s just the beginning of a new chapter. And I’d love to help you write yours.
So grab a cup of coffee or a sweet tea and let’s create a life you truly love—together.
